Marilouise has been a licensed PA Broker since 1984 and a salesperson since 1979. She joined the Hershey’s Mill Realty sales staff in 1988. Marilouise has experience in all aspects of the Real Estate business and is a third generation Real Estate Broker in Chester County, PA. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors, Suburban West Realtors Association, Trend Multiple Listing Service, and also holds a PA Certified Broker/Appraiser license. A graduate of Rosemont College, Marilouise has also taken numerous Real Estate courses through Villanova University, Penn State University, Polley Real Estate School, the Institute of Residential Marketing and recently received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. Marilouise is active in a variety of Community service organizations and her local Real Estate Board, including the Suburban West Realtors Association's Realtor-Lawyer Committee.
